Chicken with Red Stuff in the Oven
Very simple and very good. Is nicer than it sounds.
As ever, Only put in what you like. The heat of the dish is determined by the chilli. Add as much or as little as you like.

In an ovenproof dish, prepare a marinade of:
Passata (About 500ml - a bottle),
Ginger (Chopped),
Honey,
Soy Sauce,
Sweet Chilli Sauce,
Five Spice Powder,
Sesame oil (only use a little),
Chilli (chopped),
Worcester Sauce (if you want to),
Balsamic Vinegar (a little).

Mix these all together to taste, then add chicken:
Breasts (better for you, allow one each) or
Thighs (nicer to eat, allow two to three each)
And leave in the fridge for as much time as you have (up to a few hours).

Place in the oven (200 C, 400 F, Gas 6), covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven (This thickens the sauce). After around 15 minutes, when the chicken is cooked, add mushrooms, peppers, or whatever vegetable matter you want (chopped as required) and cook for 10 minutes until hot.

Serve with noodles tossed in Sesame oil.
